Hi All:
Wanted to give you some very hopeful news. Deborah Whitman
with "Environmental Voices," sent me this on Friday,
July 18th (please see her message below). She had just attended
an EPA panel discussion on "Climate Change" at the
Capitol in Sacramento. She has been a tireless, fearless voice
for our skies and concerns around these unregulated experimental
weather modification programs. *She received
a phone call from Governor Schwarzenegger's staff requesting
a
meeting to discuss concerns around "jet trails".
*
I have also heard from another very reliable source that
Schwarzenegger's office had asked the California Air Resources
Board to "check into the chemtrail issue and whether
or not they are toxic." *Mrs. Whitman believes that it
is vital that we contact the Governor's office in the next
week and let him know just how concerned we are about these
unregulated aerosol spraying programs and how it is effecting
our health and our environment *(please see at the end of
this email for contact numbers). *
*Bless Us All,
Rose*

"I'm so excited. Today at EPA went excellent. I made
great
contacts. I used to work with the man that is now setting
up the
Climate Team. I gave him all the handouts I had and I will
be
meeting with him and other ARB staff on these issues.
I heard the President and Governor were in Redding today looking
at fire damage. Thank God that you guys are getting some attention
now. It's about time.
Send your e-mail to the Governor and the the Head of EPA.
Their e- mail addresses are on their websites. Have everyone
send their own letters as well. Follow them up with well written
professional looking letters.

Below is my letter I wrote to our governor. It is crucial
that the
Governor hears from as many voices from our part of the state
as possible.
Dear Governor Schwarzenegger:
We here in the northern most part of our state, have been
watching with great concern these unregulated experimental
weather modification programs which have been conducted over
our heads. We encourage you to investigate and take a seriously
look at the well documented evidence that these programs have
seriously contaminated our air, water, soils. We are concerned
what breathing these chemicals have done to our health and
to our climate.
There is great evidence that spraying tons of aluminum oxide
and barium into our atmosphere is also creating drought conditions,
which can only exacerbate our already severe fire dangers.
"According to the National Center for Atmospheric Research
in
Boulder, Co., the only way to form artificial clouds in warm
dry air
is to introduce enough particulates into the atmosphere to
attract
and accrete all available moisture into visible vapor. If
repeated
often enough, the resulting rainless haze can lead to drought."
"In a May 2000 draft report submitted to the International
Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), an expert panel chosen from
among 3,000 atmospheric scientists, concluded that Teller's
scheme might work. But the IPCC warned against unpredictable
upsets of the atmosphere. The panel also warned against angry
populaces reacting to "the associated whitening of the
visual appearance of the sky."
Please consider your family, your children also breathe this
air. As governor you have sworn to protect this great state
and its people. Please take this pledge to heart and be the
kind of leader many in this state hope and pray you will be.
Sincerely,
Rose Taylor
